The person behind ProFor IM

I'm Gabriella Sebők, MBA, FCCA — a senior finance manager who has spent the past 25 years inside the finance functions of complex, multinational organizations: apparel and sports, media and entertainment, gaming, classifieds, leisure and FMCG.

Since 2018 I've worked almost exclusively on interim assignments — stepping in as consolidations lead, FP&A manager or finance controller exactly when an organization needs senior capacity fast: a maternity gap, an ERP transformation, a reporting function under strain.

Most recently I co-led the Close & Consolidations workstream of a major global SAP S/4HANA transformation across 29 EMEA entities, and before that ran EMEA consolidated reporting for 50+ companies. Earlier, at a leading classifieds group, I carried end responsibility for the statutory reporting and Dutch compliance of a multi-billion euro investment portfolio.

Outside of finance, I'm usually traveling, swimming, or on the pilates reformer — and slowly working my way back to running and cycling to the coast. I'm an enthusiastic golfer with an almost perfect swing, a former high-school handball player, and someone who still sits down at the clarinet now and then, with piano lessons now in the mix too. ProFor Interim Management, registered in Haarlem, is how I've built my practice — with enough flexibility left over to tend our garden and grow something worth sharing with the family, and the street.
